If
customer service is the heart of Alliance, Quality
Control would be the brains. Our pest control and
prevention programs are designed to ensure customer
satisfaction. The pest control and prevention service
is only the first stage of any Alliance pest program.
After
an Alliance technician completes a service, the
central office will follow-up with the customer
to ensure that the service was to their level of
satisfaction. Thereafter, every 90 days, an Alliance
supervisor will inspect the facility to ensure that
any existing problems are resolved. Moreover, the
supervisor will re-evaluate, and if necessary, adjust
the pest program to ensure a zero pest tolerance
threshold.
All
of the Alliance Divisions are interconnected to
ensure that the customer is receiving the finest
pest program tailored to their individual needs.
