If you’re not completely satisfied with your pest program’s results, simply contact Alliance in writing within 30 days of your initial treatment, explaining your problems. If Alliance is unable to rectify the problem within the 30 days of the written notification, Alliance will guarantee to refund your initial treatment charge and any prepaid renewal.
